In this tutorial we will be managing our users
Begin by clicking Management under the User Admin heading

Enter the username of the person to manage

Click Look up user

You can modify any of their standard user information

There are also admin-only fields you can modify
Let's turn off this users ability to send private messages

And click Submit

Your user has now been editted
